Position Summary:

This role is responsible for all aspects of Order Management, Order Entry, and Purchase Orders. Monitors and proactively manages inventory position on all raw materials for each Ready Pac Plant/Warehouses. Ensures replenishment timing and quantity on order are appropriate. Coordinates with Bonduelle Fresh Americas/Ready Pac facility supply planning and Harvest Planning to ensure supply and quality. Works with Logistics to ensure proper execution of freight moves. This role is positioned to provide key supply chain communication to senior managers and executives within Bonduelle Fresh Americas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of procurement and supply chain experience
  • Must have a strong understanding of the row crops seasonal transition, forecasting, and harvest coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities 
  • Proficient in the use of a computer, JD Edwards, G Suite, Microsoft suite 


Position Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinates with regional supply planning teams to ensure consistent quality and a smooth flow of product and information
  • Work in coordination with Crop Managers ensuring field quality and supply to provide the best service to our customers
  • Ensure accurate projections and harvest scheduling in conjunction with crop management team
  • Interact with other department leaders to facilitate the coordination of work (Food Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Plants, Harvest)
  • Lead projects to improve internal efficiencies and provide direct benefits to our customers.
  • Assist, as required, in customer meetings and tours to support company growth
  • Collaborate with the Ag Ops management team to develop and implement projects and seasonal growing plans that promote operational efficiencies and due cost savings

  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally with a bias for action to ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • The candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to work alone for extended periods of time
  • Record and report out harvest, yield, quality, and supply information 
  • Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations 
  • A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
