Bonduelle is currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic team member to join our Human Resources Team as a Human Resources Representative. The successful candidate will assist in the administration of the facility's human resources related programs. 

 

Responsibilities: 

▪ Maintain company bulletin boards and Bonduelle TV
▪ Review and reconcile employee time punches for weekly payroll cycle along with tracking employee attendance
▪ Manage and perform all aspects of weekly payroll, along with payroll confirmation and accuracy
▪ Assist all plant employees with day to day HR requests and questions

▪ Assisting with onboarding and recruiting efforts
▪ Maintain human resource information system (HRIS)
▪ Attend all plant meetings including safety meetings
▪ Assist with employee relation events and meetings
▪ Assist Seasonal Housing Manager in resolving any issues
▪ Responsible for office management to include maintaining office equipment, office cleanliness and office supplies
▪ Responsible for petty cash for the office and following petty cash policy
▪ Maintain facility personnel, medical, payroll files as well as maintain all I-9 files
▪ Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
▪ Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety, and set proper example at all times
▪ Report any food safety, health & safety, quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.

 

Education:

▪ High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

 

Skills/Experience:

▪ Bilingual in Spanish prefered

▪ Two years' experience in payroll/HR required

▪ Must be flexible to support business needs that includes weekends and other off shifts

▪ Ability to effectively communicate with others and work in a team environment

▪ Knowledge of Federal and State requirements
