JOB SUMMARY
Assists in the administration of all facility human resource related programs.  Works closely with all facility associates to address and alleviate all associate concerns as they pertain to company and facility programs.
Bonduelle USA Inc. is dedicated to ensuring the safety of its employees, food products and meeting the requirements of the SQF 2000 code.  As such employees must understand how their job description involves food safety and quality and meeting the applicable sections of the code.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
▪    Function as receptionist, checking in and assisting all visitors / employees
▪    Conduct weekly payroll process
▪    Maintain company bulletin boards
▪    Review and reconcile employee time punches for weekly payroll cycle along with tracking employee attendance
▪    Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting jobs, pre-screening, interviewing, conducting background and reference checks, scheduling drug tests and affirmative action tracking
▪    Conduct new hire orientation
▪    Coordinate training
▪    Maintain human resource information system (HRIS)
▪    Maintain I-9 files
▪    Maintain facility personnel, medical, and payroll files
▪    Maintain facility EEO compliance/history files and assists in preparing annual AAP
▪    Administer benefit programs including workers compensation, disability, leave of absences, health, dental, life, FMLA, and vacation. 
▪    Assist with employee relation events and meetings 
▪    Assist Seasonal Housing Manager in resolving any issues 
▪    Responsible for office management to include maintaining office equipment and office supplies 
▪    Help to produce the highest quality of finished product
▪    Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
▪    Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety, and set a proper example at all times
▪    Report any food safety, health & safety, quality issues and initiate action, as necessary. 
▪    Other duties as assigned 
QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES    ▪    Knowledge of Federal and State requirements
▪    Ability to work effectively in a team environment
▪    Ability to effectively communicate with others
▪    Must be flexible to support business needs that includes weekends and other off shifts
