We are looking for:

The Sr Manager of Marketing, salad kits and blends, is a key member of our Marketing and Innovation team and is critical to Bonduelle’s ongoing growth and success.

Your are passionate by the plant based food and want to feed the world with delicious products? You will partner with the VP of Marketing in the development of strategic initiatives and in translating those strategies into annual marketing and product portfolio plans.


Manage the product portfolio for Complete Meals and Snacks including portfolio optimization, renovation and new product innovation by leveraging consumer and culinary trends, data analytics, and customer insights.

  • Balance the portfolio needs of Branded products as well as our Private Label customers
  • Reviews and/or authors new product process initiation for new projects, and champions them through the approval process. Completes all necessary documentation for cross-functional teams to deliver on their roles.
  • Creates sell-in materials for customer presentations


Internal cross-functional leader by being the owner of his portfolio with other segment leaders, Sales and directly with customers to ensure smooth product/graphics development and launches

  • Close collaboration with I&D on product development, planning and recipe renovation for the portfolio.
  • Works with Procurement to manage inventories of film, labels, cartons, containers, etc. for assigned customers.
  • Maintains and publishes reports as requested for internal top leaders helping to drive high level decision. These reports may include: comparison of costs versus plan for launched products, budgeted spending vs. actual spending, shipment tracking, Nielsen reviews, etc.


Portfolio's renovation Leader:

  • Coordination Branding and Communication team to develop packaging graphics and communication plans for new product launches
  • Responsible for introducing new ideas for product development, packaging, marketing communication and/or in-store materials. 


This is a hands-on position in a fast paced and highly creative environment. The candidate for this position must be a self-motivated, creative thinker, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

● Education: BA/BS Degree required. MBA strongly desired

● Minimum of seven (7) years of marketing and product development experience, preferably with a food or beverage company in the consumer packaged goods industry

● Strong working knowledge and understanding of the food industry (fresh food industry experience a plus)

● Broad knowledge of product development concepts and processes & Experience in new product concept research validation

● Ability to apply leadership, strategic thought and innovation to new product development and business opportunities

● Excellent analytical, problem solving and evaluation skills. Solid financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and costing abilities/experience

● Outstanding project conception and management skills

● Strong leadership, management, supervision, and interpersonal skills

● Excellent verbal and written communications and oral presentation skills

● Highly effective ability to collaborate, negotiate, influence, and network with a wide range of diverse groups, including senior leadership, management, external customers, vendors

● Able to thrive within a multi-project, cross functional environment

● Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to manage projects with limited oversight
