The Talent Acquisition lead is a key member of our Talent Management team and is critical to Bonduelle’s ongoing growth and success. You are passionate about the candidate experience, developing processes, and utilizing data/metrics to ensure we deliver exceptional recruitment service. 

As a business partner, you will inspire and mentor our plant HR operations team and Leaders on recruiting practices and sourcing for a variety of content positions at all levels. Be a strong business partner:

  • Partner with senior management and functional business areas to develop staffing plans and recruiting strategies, and initiatives for current and future needs.

  • Develop hiring frameworks that are complementary/consistent across practices, regions, and groups (i.e., what motivates salespeople & how do we find those characteristics in candidates; how we live our values and how we create a meaningful assessment process)

  • Optimize the BFA Talent Acquisition model to improve quality, speed, and cost of hire

 

Drive our full-cycle recruitment data:

  • Utilize a data-driven approach to ensure hiring goals are achieved efficiently, using benchmarks for planning purposes and taking an analytical approach to quickly identify and solve pain points.

  • Own our global headcount plan, reporting, analytics, and dashboards, partnering with leadership on their hiring needs and priorities.

 

Support our HR Operations: 

  • Coordinate with our 3rd party agency recruiters for frontline and BET recruiting initiatives and improve measurement of 3rd party performance.

  • Advise the HR team in areas including but not limited to recruitment and staffing strategies, labor market conditions, etc.

  • Works with the HR team to identify gaps and improve efficiencies with the candidate experience ( attraction, sourcing, selection, first week of hire). Maximize opportunities to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner and ahead of business needs.

  • Coach and train the recruitment team on recruitment techniques (ex: screen selection)

  • Provide day-to-day guidance on recruiting processes, creative solutions or tools for challenging our recruitment process

 

Deploy a recruitment Marketing campaign:

  • Establish key partnerships with national diversity organizations for diversity recruiting in order to build a pool of diverse talent for future openings.

  • Coordinate grassroots Recruitment Marketing activities for our plants around the US: local job fairs, local outreach, alternative radio/TV campaigns for our plant operations.

The candidate must be detail-oriented and should have experience managing multiple projects at the same time, owning schedules and status updates, and ensuring deliverables. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where they implement and execute efficient processes.
