Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Leader is a highly experienced and zealous leader strongly committed to the essential role recruiting plays in Bonduelle Fresh Americas. Pulling from prior experience in creating and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity, this leader is a strategic thought partner to the CHRO as well as the Executive leadership team. This leader is a proven and influential change agent that will strengthen the capabilities of the organization to attract and hire a talented team aligned with the strategic needs of the business.


In addition to accelerating the overall talent acquisition strategy, this leader has direct recruiting accountability for multiple functional segments with a focus on exempt, salaried hiring. The Leader has an established brand of a consultative business partnership, a coaching mindset to guide managers’ effective recruiting practices, high-caliber talent assessment skills, and sets the bar for an outstanding candidate experience. This leader will have the opportunity to not only grow in areas of talent acquisition (digital, analytics, etc.) but will also be empowered to develop their personal leadership with aspirations of career advancement.


Key Deliverables & Characteristics:

  • Embodies a blend of broad strategic market understanding and intimate personal connection.
  • Leverages internal and external partnerships to accelerate results, measure impact and drive change management.
  • Leverages a strong analytical skillset to deeply understand internal and external talent trends (hiring forecasts, candidate availability, micro/macro trends, etc.) to discover, and recruit pipelines of talent to Bonduelle
  • Drives value and credibility by sharing talent market insights, leads the development of the recruiting strategy, and drives alignment on talent profiles.
  • Understands the business/functional strategies as well as short and long-term talent needs (hiring volumes, positions, timing).
  • Frames hiring opportunities as inclusive leadership development experiences for internal hiring teams and provide coaching.
  • As an expert in talent assessment, continuously delivers slates of high-quality candidates that meet the requirements of each requisition.
  • Acting as the face of the organization in networking and recruiting capacities
  • Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
  • Assist in employee onboarding experience to drive strong integration into Bonduelle
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems and utilize metrics to identify / successfully place strong candidates into the business.
  • Utilize technical understanding of recruitment as a core process within a business.

Essential Functions/Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition as either a Recruiter or an HR Generalist with significant recruiting experience
  • Experience creating, leading, and executing successful diversity recruiting strategies at scale
  • Analytical strength with success translating data to insights that drive impact
  • Successful management of external partner/agency relationships based on tracking of performance via key performance indicators
  • CPG recruiting experience preferred
  • Partners with HR Business support leaders to understand headcount and works with leadership to adequately forecast for growth and/or attrition.
  • Conducts effective strategy intake meetings with key stakeholders to identify recruiting needs.
  • Creates or edits job descriptions, as necessary.
  • Posts and promotes job openings via the most effective avenues to secure top talent for available positions.
  • Monitors effectiveness of sourcing methods and adjust accordingly.
  • Drives activities to pull candidates into the recruiting funnel and builds a pipeline for further talent.
  • Engages in outbound recruiting efforts and searches the passive candidates.
  • Screens candidates and conducts onsite interviews including the development of interview agendas, assessments, etc. as appropriate for the role.
  • Participates in job fairs, classroom presentations, and any other variety of human capital-related events.
  • Calculates key recruiting metrics and suggests actions based on results.
  • A genuine passion for talent acquisition is essential. Candidates must have a passion for recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Human Resources required.
