The Contract Human Resources Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources team, Operations team and hourly employees in a fast paced manufacturing environment.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Manage the temp conversion process weekly and complete onboarding and New Hire Orientation for those associates.
  • Conducts new employee orientation sessions, including the all new hire paperwork processing, benefits overview, new hire badge administration and bio-clock registration.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining employee Personnel files. Ensures that all necessary paperwork is obtained, complete and filed in a timely manner including regulator/compliance paperwork and HR records.  Regularly complete filing for employee files.
  • Utilize UKG to process employee actions including new hires, terminations, leave of absence, payroll changes and other transactions as needed. Process personnel action forms and assures proper approvals.
  • Manage Locker assignments and inspections regularly
  • Manage the Associate of the Month program monthly
  • Manage the Service Anniversary celebrations
  • Complete updates for the Bonduelle Channel

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree and/or additional relevant work experience is required.
  • 1 year of HR experience or previous internship experience in a HR department.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment is strongly preferred.
