Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Lead supply planning meetings and ensure goals are on track.
  • Planning, organizing, and managing across the entire AG value chain, from cooler to our processing facilities.
  • Manage forecasting tools and data to maximize efficiencies.
  • Optimize supply chain inputs/outputs to drive strong results.
  • Monitor agricultural activities, making sure that key goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure actual production is in accordance with demand forecast, and identify and solve deviations.
  • Review data and any related AG daily/weekly, driving solutions.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional business units such as Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing to ensure efficient coordination of schedules, activities and projects.
  • Support field operations from harvest, post-harvest, and shipping.
  • Maintain business activities in line with budget, KPI’s and support in creating of budget for key segments.
  • Manage raw product inventory and ensure all orders are filled out of the coolers.
  • Develop, implement and maintain SOP’s.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role with proven hands-on management skills.
  • Ability to understand the supply chain process from sourcing to shelf, develop solutions and implement action plans.
  • Courage to make tough decisions, challenge current processes, and to deliver difficult messages with professionalism.
  • A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture.
  • Systems: JDE or similar ERP system experience. Tableau or similar reporting database experience.  Strong familiarity with Excel.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
