We are looking for a RGM Process & Governance Deployment Manager to join the Group RGM team on an open ended contract. This position, based in Villeneuve d'Ascq (France, close to Lille), is to be filled as soon as possible.


Reporting directly to the Group RGM Leader, you will contribute to upgrade or implement processes in business cycle/ end-to-end mode (IBP) & adapt governance to make it stick.


How you will contribute :

 

  • You’ ll make new RGM capabilities become  real through what we call “launch pad” initiatives. You will :
    - Prepare and harmonize data 
    - Upgrade existing tools 
    - Support learning manager in deploying adapted training session for new RGM process and mindset, Tool usage, analysis and action plan building
    - Execute detailed analysis using the tool, provide insights and findings and support team in the following investigations
    - Ensure action plans are built by team with proper level of excellence to bring rapid business impact

 

  • You’ll make RGM new model happen 

1. Process adapted design 

- Execute detailed AS IS understanding of process, KPIs, RACIs, 
- Design the “adjusted to local needs”
- Ensure adjusted process matches the end to end requirements
- Liaise with Change manager to ensure adoption of process 

 

2. Governance adapted design 

- Execute detailed AS IS understanding of existing governance principles, rules, meetings, contributors.
- Establish the governance in the business planning of BUs/Zones 
- Establish new governance meetings 
- Coordinate RGM, IBP and Finance business planning rituals

 

3. Performance monitoring establishment 
- Drive the business dashboard template design and other reporting capabilities to enable the monitoring of RGM performance 
- With Change Manager, support the local roll out & with data manager to ensure sustainability of dashboards & reportings 

 

  • You’ll sustain the process & governance integration  

- Ensure tool/learning comply with process spine 
- Track implementation of process & governance, with change manager 

 

Your profile :
You have a bachelor degree (in business/economy, engineering, maths, stats,  Masters or MBA preferred) and 5 years of complete experience in revenue management 
You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing, and you enjoy working in an international environment - For international profile, speaking ( or learning) French is a must 
You have a Market/FMCG/Retail/Foodservice knowledge
You already benefit from a solid RGM expertise in business and/or in transformation (Processes, Methodologies, data management, business levers, KPIs)
You have operational skills & ability to deliver against the plan (Project management & planning skills, monitoring & reporting, problem solving, discipline)
You have technical skills (Ability to work with multiple data sources & tools application, ) 
You are open-minded and creative, you demonstrate strong business acumen and you have a real capacity to adapt and anticipate,
Your interpersonal skills and leadership will make you have a greater impact
