As the Group controlling and performance manager, you will be reporting directly to the Group Deputy Chief Financial Officer and you key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Monitoring the Group capital employed and identifying the levers to improve it;

  • Spread the finance culture by leading our internal FFG (Finance For Growth) program, involving BU representatives to make sure that we communicate and train about financial levers and set up appropriate action plan to improve ROCE;

  • Defining, spreading and coordinating the global transfer pricing policy as well as the group and local related documentations;

  • Assessing the equity situation of each legal entity and defining dividend distribution policy and appropriate equity situation;

  • Coordinating yearly Financial Statements and Legal Audit for several but limited non operational legal entities;

  • Organizing Finance semi-annual reviews (All financial topics not directly related to business reporting and forecasting and follow up on the implementation of the decisions made during previous reviews);

  • Being the key point of contact for country and business unit CFOs on non-standardized financial projects and all financial topics outside the day-to-day business;

  • Leading twice a year the review and the projections of Capital Employed with local & BU CFOs.


 

Your profile:

 

  • Senior experience (10+ years) as Finance Business Partner or Auditor in international and multicultural environments.

  • Significant financial technical knowledge (taxes, financing, cash flow, consolidation, balance sheet expertise) and ability to connect different areas of expertise to identify optimisation opportunities. 

  • Continuous improvement spirit, business partner, hands on and solution provider.

  • Strong leadership skills, especially on transversal projects

  • Fluent english mandatory
