As part of its transformation and the increase in the number of IT transformation projects, the Bonduelle group's IT department has decided to reinforce his expertise on the workstation and Active Directory domain to have the capacity to support Bonduelle Transformation.  

 

The End-User Computing (EUC) Manager is responsible for:

  • Designing, developing and implementing, support and managing all EUC environments (mobile devices, laptop, desktop and associated tools and desktop software). Ensuring collaborative management of the wider team and to resolve issues across the function and more broadly within Technology; contribute to functional strategy.

  • Managing the full lifecycle of our hardware assets across all EUC platforms.

  • Supervising EUC Team

  • Monitoring team performance to ensure service levels and expectations are being met

  • Providing leadership/support to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and timelines are met.

  • Creating and maintaining a standards catalogue which lists all core end user device platform standards and/or services. Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work and ensures timelines and service levels are met.

  • Proactively seeking and communicating opportunities for improvement in both the operational and customer satisfaction aspects of the client service function

  • Supporting operational management of third-party vendor accounts, our Managed Service Provider, including licence management and ensuring maximum benefit is delivered.

Education/Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, information systems

  • 5 to 10 years in IT and business/industry

  • 4 or more years of leadership responsibility in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders

  • Ability to work with Globally dispersed teams

  • Extensive experience in business relationships management

 

Knowledge/Skills

 

  • Applies knowledge of systems, data, and customer requirements to uncover problems and recommends solutions

  • Must have a thorough understanding of the various end user computing environments (Microsoft, Mobile environments like iOS, Android…)

  • Knowledge of EUC tools 

  • Experience in deployment of Digital Workplace;

  • Team management experience.

  • Thorough understanding of project management and SDLC methodologies

  • Ability to determine long term directions, industry trends, and how they relate to the organizational needs

  • Must be able to initiate change and be able to communicate effectively
