For our Sales unit in the Nordics, we are looking for a: 

 

Key Account Manager  

Full time 

 

As an experienced Key Account Manager for Denmark, you are responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets by developing existing customers through optimized assortment, pricing, and promotions. Your ability to analyze market trends and sales data is critical to identifying opportunities and translating insights into customer plans that drive profitable growth. 

 

The KAM position requires a hunter mentality and a proven track record of doing business with key retail customers. 

 

You work closely with colleagues from other departments such as finance, supply chain and marketing. You will be responsible to lead the Danish retail market.  

 

You are part of the Sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager Retail Nordic. The Nordic office is located in Nørrebro.   

 

Are you the person we are looking for? You... 

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree (Cand.Merc, HD, Commercial & Retail Management, or equivalent) is a plus; 

  • Have at least 4 years of proven experience in key account management or sales within the FMCG in Denmark, with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships;  

  • Are fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written);  

  • Are result driven and have a strong customer-centric mindset: what do they find important and how can you support, relieve and grow them on behalf of Bonduelle; 

    • Demonstrate strong customer focus and solutionoriented selling within the retail FMCG environment; 

    • Translating trends and developments within the plant-rich food category into collaboration with retail customers;   

  • Have great experience with contract negotiations and yearly agreements;  

  • Have solid P&L understanding;  

  • Have strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data (Catman and Nielsen); 

  • Monitor objectives and maintain efficient records regarding visits, budgets, forecast, account plans and other relevant information, 

  • Deliver the budget and implement our strategy in terms of growth, market shares, profitability and other set KPI's.
