We are a commercial organization based in Eindhoven, responsible for the Benelux, Scandinavia, and the United Kingdom, and we also collaborate closely with our office for the German-speaking regions, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, located in Reutlingen (Germany).
For our Finance department, which consists of Controlling and Accounting, we are looking for a:
Business Performance Controller
40 hours/week
Your Responsibilities: What will you be doing?

You are the main point of contact for our Out of Home (OOH) channel, jointly responsible with your colleagues from Sales and Marketing for ensuring healthy business growth.

You proactively inform and advise stakeholders based on your analyses of actual results, budgets, and (monthly) forecasts.

You identify opportunities and risks and assess their financial implications.

You act as a business partner to the OOH Director, contributing to sustainable and profitable business growth.

You actively work on various business cases, such as customer, segment, and product profitability, logistics optimization, product launches, and more.

You take the lead in preparing budgets and (monthly) forecasts.

You are responsible for several processes within the periodic financial closings.

You initiate and participate in projects and process improvements related to reporting and internal controls.

You provide ad hoc financial analyses requested by the business and/or management team.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Has several years of experience in business controlling; experience in FMCG, Retail, or OOH is a plus.

Possesses excellent numerical skills.

Has strong analytical abilities, combined with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Demonstrates a hands-on mentality.

Has strong communication skills, able to interact easily with all levels within the organization.

Shows a proactive attitude and ambition to further develop professionally.

Acts with integrity and handles data accurately and critically.

Has advanced Excel skills (pivot tables hold no secrets).

Has basic knowledge of ERP systems and an affinity for IT.

Has a good command of English in combination with fluent Dutch or German; French is a plus.
