Bonduelle Northern Europe is one of the regions leading in realizing our mission for 2025. We are a commercial organization based in Eindhoven. We are responsible for the Benelux, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. For our HR team we are looking for a:

HR Advisor
40 hours per week


Based at Eindhoven Office, you will support the HR department providing services to all our scope of Northern Europe: Nordics and Benelux. The role involves working with a large range of internal customers including those who are not based in the Local office.


In this role, you will advise and coach line managers on all aspects of HR, such as recruitment & selection, absenteeism guidance, our performance cycle, training and our leadership model B COME and DEAL.


You will help optimize existing HR processes and contribute to shaping further digitalization of HR processes; supporting in various projects, such as: our Health and Wellbeing programme; employer branding; civic engagement and internal communication & engagement


Together with the HR employees in the team, you ensure high-quality and rapid implementation of HR processes.


Reporting to the HR Director of the zone you will work in a team of 3 other peers.


Responsibilities: What do you do?

  • You help building up and following up the civic engagement program and support on the communication plan;
  • You work on the handbook update and all the HR policies communicated on it;
  • In this role you facilitate the appropriation of our leadership model: B COME & DEAL through diverse workshops;
  • You are part of our B CORP Journey on the workers Impact area;
  • You animate internal communication & engagement through our B Channel, Seasonal surveys, Climate and internal meetings and events
  • You are key reference for the health and safety culture in our scope, animating our B!Care Program and being part of the BHV team at Eindhoven office
  • You design and execute our Employer Branding strategy

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has a higher vocational or university working and thinking level, preferably relevant HR training;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the HR or communication discipline;
  • You have good advisory skills, you are self-starting, creative and solution-oriented
  • Has a hands-on mentality, you can switch quickly and likes to roll up your sleeves;
  • Works independently and can also collaborate well;
  • Has an 'open to grow' mindset;
  • Is fluent in Dutch;
  • Has a good command of English, spoken and written.
