We are a commercial organization based in Eindhoven. We are responsible for the Benelux, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. For our Foodservice department we are looking for a:

 

Key Account Manager Wholesale Foodservice NL

 

In this role, you are responsible for a team of 2 people and report directly to the Foodservice Director. You will be responsible for driving the revenue and maintaining the trust and satisfaction of your customers. You will manage our current wholesalers and will be responsible for further volume and CI growth. Additionally, you will initiate and complete annual negotiations and create strategic channel and account plans.


Bonduelle’s Foodservice mission is to make plant-rich food simple and appealing for chefs (easy to buy, cook, and profitable) and enjoyable for guests (attractive, tasty) across all Foodservice Channels. 

 

Beyond offering vegetables, Bonduelle provides complete and tailor-made solutions (products, services, advice, inspiration) to help chefs create delicious plant-rich dishes that meet growing demand. Our focus is on effortless, flavorful products that elevate meals, working closely with chefs to make plant-rich food the highlight of a meal and ensure an incredible experience. You bring your passion for plant-rich food, knowledge, and persuasive skills to inspire customers. You collaborate internally, take initiative, and close deals creatively, building and expanding relationships with customers and prospects.

 

You work closely with colleagues from Marketing and Sales Benelux. You are responsible for the wholesale market and it is up to you to serve and acquire existing and especially new accounts. 

 

Responsibilities: What do you do?

  • As a member of the Foodservice Team, responsible for developing the strategy for Wholesale Netherlands 
  • Set long-term strategic Sales direction for our clients in Wholesale
  • Set budget and Plan strategy together with the countries, in terms of growth, profits and other KPIs
  • Develop and implement the Food Service policy for the Netherlands, in line with the overall growth-oriented strategy, including annual budgets, goals and account plans
  • Managing, coaching and developing your team by creating regular sessions to develop their professional skills and encouraging best practices sharings
  • Build a winning team that is passionate about food, work well together and is mission driven
  • Build and retain excellent relationships with our Foodservice customers and other stakeholders

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Bachelor or Master level,
  • At least 5 - 7 years of work experience within Food Service / Out of Home
  • Language skills: Dutch, English (spoken and written),
  • Result driven and Customer focussed,
  • Relevant network within the Dutch Food market 
  • Entrepreneurial, eagerness and commercial savviness,
  • Strong communication skills: Inspire, Influence and Convince,
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Possess leadership capabilities and change management skills
  • Positive attitude and mindset
  • Must be willing to travel
