Bonduelle Northern Europe is one of the regions leading in realizing our mission for 2025. We are a commercial organization based in Eindhoven. We are responsible for the Benelux, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. For our Sales department we are looking for a:

 
Sales Support Employee Retail Netherlands
40 hours per week

 

As a sales support employee within the Benelux retail department, you support the account managers with the entire commercial process and you are the first point of contact for internal and external customers. You are the spider in the web of Retail account managers and your activities are very diverse. You deal with our customers in the Netherlands and are also a backup for customers in Belgium, in the absence of your Belgian sales support colleague.

 

You are the internal extension of the account manager and maintain a good relationship with all internal and external stakeholders. As a sales support you have a dual function with both sales tasks and supporting administrative tasks. Together with the account managers, you strive for maximum results for your customers every day. 
You are part of the Sales team and report directly to the Sales manager retail Netherlands.

 

Responsibilities: What do you do?

  • Making commercial analyses;
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our customers regarding operational questions;
  • Developing and maintaining brochure plans and action schedules;
  • Budget preparation and follow-up;
  • Creating price lists;
  • Administrative matters such as managing the agreed purchasing conditions, budgets and invoices;
  • Preparing annual appraisals;
  • Contact with other departments such as finance, supply chain and marketing

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • With a completed Master's or Bachelor's degree in a commercial direction and a demonstrable sense of commerce;
  • With good analytical thinking;
  • With a solution-oriented attitude;
  • With a commercial drive;
  • Who adopts a proactive attitude;
  • That is accurate;
  • Who is fluent in Dutch;
  • Who has a good command of the English language;
  • With very good Excel skills.
