Bonduelle Fresh Americas is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who will bring exceptional talent to join its group of extraordinary professionals and play a key Human Resources role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be primarily focused on recruiting efforts, including external hiring, temp conversions, onboarding, and orientation.

 

What you will Do:

  • Recruiting efforts, including hiring temp conversions, onboarding, and orientation.

  • Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.

  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategize sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Job Boards, and other alternative search techniques).

  • Support I-9 and attendance program audits on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Effectively communicate with temp agencies 

  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures and ensures consistency in application. 

  • Support HR team on special projects and provide necessary data or support needed for the success of the project. 

 

What you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Human Resources or relevant work experience is required.

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience required.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment is strongly preferred;

  • Ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent computer skills including Google Suite and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization.

 

Bilingual preferred but not required
