Position Summary:
By your key position in our company, you will support our environmental and social initiatives to drive progress against our corporate social responsibility and B Corp certification ambitions.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- This role will be part of the plant leadership team and have a matrix reporting structure between Site Leader and Director of Supply Chain.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and minimize costs for the factor. Be a change agent so that site service and profit targets are achieved.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing raw materials, production planning, inventory management, ensure inbound transportation is optimized, and that service targets are met.
- Lead cross-functional work streams to solve challenges across the supply chain for the site.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities, and present findings to management.
- Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
- Will be part of Daily Management system at level 3
- Monitor and build KPIs and business activities, making sure that key goals and objectives are achieved.
- Maintain business activities in line with budget, KPI’s and support in creating of budget for key segments.
- Develop, implement and maintain SOP’s.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or other relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy, inventory management, material planning, and production scheduling.
- Courage to make tough decisions, challenge current processes and to deliver difficult messages with professionalism.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other process improvement frameworks.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture.
- Systems: JDE or similar ERP system experience. Tableau or similar reporting database experience. Strong familiarity with Excel.
