Position Summary

The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A is leading all Finance activities related to budgeting, forecasting and analysis in the context of an emergent IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process. The candidate will be a key member of our Finance team and is critical to Bonduelle’s ongoing growth and success. 
The key accountability will be to oversee the implementation, coordination and ongoing governance of the IBP process in conjunction with all Sales and Operational functions of Bonduelle (Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering,..). You will be part of each IBP step (Portfolio, Demand, Planning, Supply, Master Reviews) and will provide financial outlook to drive business on the short and long term.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop all regular budgeting and forecasting financials as well as long term plan views
  • Lead the financial forecast based on the projected fulfilled demand and capturing any risks or opportunities in the buy/make/move spectrum
  • Own the one source of truth for the financial translation of the different IBP steps
  • Determine potential financial deviations to plan and elaborate remedial actions (gap closing suggestions)
  • Challenge status quo and Manage communication around risks and opportunities
  • Participate to the Master Business Review
  • Partner with the VP, IBP to continuously improve the process


In addition to this IBP focus, the  Senior Finance Manager, FP&A will take part in ad-hoc analyses and other projects.  As an example:  This person will participate in designing and building our ESG Reporting/Monitoring environment, partnering with the ESG Team.

 

This is a key position in our company. You will be supporting our environmental and social initiatives to drive progress against our 2025 corporate social responsibility and B Corp certification ambitions.
 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. A part of your career has been in a position of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) finance, ideally for an Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Ability to develop solutions and implement action plans
  • Pragmatic, customer-centric, persuasive
  • Demonstrated knowledge working with multiple stakeholders while driving one common goal
  • Courage to make tough decisions, challenge current processes and to deliver difficult messages with professionalism
  • A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
  • Systems: Logility or similar Supply Chain system, JDE or similar ERP system experience. Tableau or similar reporting database experience. 

 

Pay Range: $135,000 to $155,000
