What you will Accomplish (Position Summary):

The Sr Manager of talent management manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that we have a well developed and executed strategy when it comes to three core areas: capability needs through talent acquisition, talent pipeline through people development and retention and our performance culture through the people management cycle (performance management and annual salary review). This leader will develop and manage programs using a data-driven focus and storytelling that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. This position will also maintain effective programs for employee development, retention and succession planning. Lastly, this role leads the HR team in our people impact and contribution to our B!Pact and BCorp positive impact agenda. As part of this role the Talent Management Manager chairs the DE&I Committee for Bonduelle Fresh Americas and is a key contributor to our inclusive hiring program.
What you will do (Primary Duties):
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent. Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
- Participate in global strategic planning and provide leadership for our global people management cycle. Research, assist in the development of and deliver performance management training programs that focus on enabling our people and people leaders to have deeper and more meaningful development conversations based on trust and openness for personal growth. Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments and linkage between annual salary review and personal impact.
- Work closely with the HRIS manager to collect, maintain and coordinate aggregate data and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels including leadership development and actionable people insights.
- Project leader for BCorp/BPact agenda for all people pillars working closely with the global group and BFA CSR team.
- Chair the DE&I committee to create and maintain an environment of diversity and inclusion as a competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master degree preferred in HR or business. Undergraduate degree required
- Minimum of 10-15 years of broad HR experience ideally including talent acquisition, generalist, talent management and learning and development functions.
- Experience leading executive leadership teams through processes to deliver expected outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong presentation skills and leadership presence
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various people analytics reports and presentations conveying an actionable people story.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization
- A proven track record of results with a bias for action
- A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
