About the Role 

We are excited to introduce a newly created role with strategic impact across CE North. This is a unique opportunity for a logistics professional to make a real difference in a high-visibility position, shaping inventory and warehouse operations across multiple sites. 

As Logistics Manager CE North, you will ensure optimal stock levels, efficient replenishment, and seamless coordination between factories, warehouses, and logistics partners. This role offers the chance to leverage your multi-site operations expertise and cross-functional leadership skills to drive process improvements and tangible business results. 

What You Will Do 

  • Oversee stock levels across warehouses 

  • Ensure accurate inventory control and documentation 

  • Coordinate stock transfers between sites 

  • Secure timely and efficient replenishment from factories 

  • Manage domestic deliveries with logistics partners 

  • Supervise copacking activities and ensure compliance 

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including environmental reporting 

  • Maintain pallet accounts and logistics documentation 

  • Drive process optimization and efficiency initiatives 

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance and HQ 

  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving projects 

  • Supervise inter-warehouse transfers and customer returns 

What You Bring 

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or inventory management 

  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred) 

  • Proven capability managing multi-site warehouse operations 

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management 

  • ERP / WMS knowledge (preferred) 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication 

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities 

  • Advanced English 

  • MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
