The successful candidate would be in charge of full cycle talent acquisition and recruitment for all Bonduelle operational sites in the United States. The successful incumbent will be responsible for working closely with the Human Resources and Management teams to develop strategies to ensure open positions are filled and staffing is adequately maintained.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and referencing while adhering to all recruitment policies and procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Attract qualified internal and external candidates through posting on appropriate websites, job boards, and Applicant Tracking System according to policies and procedures
  • Coordinate documentation collection, manage candidate files.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and provide recommendations on new recruitment channels
  • Track data on recruitment and retention and report statistics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Assist with orientation and onboarding processes for new hires as needed.
  • Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews and analyze demographic data to develop strategies and action plans to increase attraction and retention efforts. 
  • Other human resources support duties as needed.


  • Applicants should be familiar with employment legislation.
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and Google suite products
  • Able to complete work within specified timelines. 
  • Willingness to perform various human resources related tasks as required

  • Normal office environment
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or recruitment position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field
