Position Summary:
As the Supply Chain Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for developing collaborative solutions with Walmart/SAMS CLUB  through a strong understanding of supply chain inventory, transportation, forecasting, project management, and continuous improvement practices. The ideal candidate will act as a problem solver, independent decision-maker, and liaison between customers and various company departments. We are looking for a team partner who will continue to build strong relationships with the Walmart/SAM'S CLUB Replenishment Managers, Supplier Solutions Managers, and our internal associates. What you will Do:

Supply Chain Management

  • Responsible for managing the replenishment of short shelf-life produce items by utilizing Walmart's replenishment system within Retail Link.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting delayed trucks (loading and arrival), pending receipt of orders, pricing discrepancies, rejections, delivery discrepancies, and operational delays. Responsible for communicating any problems and resolutions to keep all stakeholders informed of activities and concerns.

 

Committed Customer Partner

  • Accountable for managing customer-related information needed to perform job functions effectively by utilizing tools provided (JDE, Forecasting, Walmart Retail Link, GRS, etc.).
  • You will ensure Bonduelle meets and exceeds customer expectations on OTIF/Fill Rates/Instocks/Internal Forecast metrics.
  • Have a complete understanding of Customer Logistics' role as it pertains to the Bonduelle Mission Statement in that our sole purpose is to not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
  • Responsible for communicating customers' current pricing activities throughout the organization.

 

Analytical & Detail Oriented

  • Ideal candidate is expected to maintain a high accuracy level in regards to EDI orders, pricing, execution of allocations, and reviewing order volumes in comparison to forecast and trends
  • Manage account team financial processes related to rejections, pricing, OS&D.
  • Expected to maintain a high accuracy level in regards to data entry and communication of all kinds.

 

Project Management

  • Identify trends and suggest strategies to ensure the customer's system has an accurate forecast. Adhering to all Walmart processes and system requirements.
  • Lead development of best-in-class reporting, analytics, and insight generation.
  • Drive creation and training of new analytical tools (Tableau, etc.) to create further cost efficiencies and best-in-class strategies both internally and externally.

 

Communication

  • Collaborate with Bonduelle organization to effectively communicate all information pertaining to customer activities, including Walmart / SAM'S CLUB team, transportation, sales, operations, demand planning, forecasting, etc.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bonduelle Fresh Americas requires its employees to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19, where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation.   • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering or Equivalent Experience (Minimum of 4 years)
  • Must have Inventory Control and Data Analysis experience
  • 3-5 Years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to plan and execute assignments to completion with minimal supervision

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Perishable/Grocery Replenishment Experience
  • Retail Link expertise (DSS, GRS/co-managed replenishment, OMS)
  • Analytical tools/software utilization (Tableau, Nielsen, etc.)
  • Experience with any of the following: JDE, Daptiv, VBA, SQL, or Python
  • Walmart.com/SamsClub.com/Jet.com experience (item creation, fulfillment, etc.)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization
  • A proven track record of results with a bias for action
  • A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
